So we walked the eastern section this morning. Three things came up. First, geotech is worried about ground conditions at chainage 0+340. They reckon the bedding spec needs revising. Probability 4, impact 4 — could delay backfill by a week.

Second, the concrete pour scheduled for Friday is blocked. The supplier emailed they can't deliver until Monday. Need to push the formwork inspection out too.

Third, we need to clarify with Bayswater Civil on the manhole spec — drawings show 1500mm but the spec says 1800mm. Either way it's about $11k in materials and labour.

Oh and Mike Chen from Bayswater is the structural lead, influence 4, interest 5. He'll want weekly updates by email. He's based in our office Mondays...
