Does the 1500mm manhole pipe meet revised tidal capacity, or should we go to 1800mm?

Reviewing the tidal flood model from Cardno — at Q100 the manhole headloss is borderline against the 1500mm pipe. I think we need to step up to 1800mm. Need confirmation from hydrology and a cost estimate before I update the spec.

From construction perspective: if we go 1800mm we'd need to also revise base slab thickness and bedding spec. Adds ~$11k to the line + a couple of days. Doable but earlier is better.

Hydrology confirms 1500mm is undersized for revised Q100. Step up to 1800mm. I'll update D-301 to rev D and reissue. ETA Friday.

Will also need to update D-302 (junction at chainage 0+220) for consistency.
